CHAPTER V ELECTION DISPUTES
49. (1)No election shall be called in question except by an election petitionpresented by a candidate for that election in accordance with the provisions ofthis Chapter.
(2) An election petition shall be presented tothe High Court Division within such time as may be prescribed.

51. (2) A petitioner may claim as relief any ofthe following declarations, namely-
(a) that the election of the returned candidateis void;
(b) that the election of the returned candidateis void and that the petitioner or some other person has been duly elected; or
(c) that the election as a whole is void.
