Article 102: Votescounting

4. The lists delegates shall have the right to examine theseparate lots of voting ballots, without changing their composition, and, incase they have doubts or objections about the counting or to the qualificationgiven to the vote of any ballot, have the right to ask for clarifications or tosubmit complaints or protests before the president.

 

4 — Os delegados das listas t?m odireito de examinar, depois, os lotes dos boletins de voto separados, semalterar a sua composi??o, e, no caso de terem d?vidas ou objec??es em rela??o ?contagem ou ? qualifica??o dada ao voto de qualquer boletim, t?m o direito desolicitar esclarecimentos ou apresentar reclama??es ou protestos perante o presidente.

3. Candidates and list agents may attend to the operations of thegeneral counting assembly, without voting, but with the right to complain,protest or counter-protest.
