Complaint because of irregularities in theelection may be filed only by the political party, two or more political parties and voters whose candidates were voted inthe election for the President of the Republic, as well as by the candidates for Presidentwho was voted on. If the candidates for President of the Republic proposed byseveral political parties, or more voters, the complaint will be consideredvalid even if it is by only one political party, or any of the electors who wasproposing the candidacy.
