Constitution 1991 (amended in 2003)

Article 4[…] Voters have the right to propose the removal of their own representatives if they are found to behave in a way unbefitting their [honourable positions] and to lose the people’s confidence.

Comment

Article 4 of the Constitution provides for the removal of elected representatives. However, no data or sources were found that would help to assess if the country has the recall procedure as defined by International IDEA (see Glossary).
