Act on Direct Participation of Citizens in Government and Local Government of 29 May 2009

According to the article 9(1) of the Act on direct participation of citizens in government and local government of 29 May 2009 through a national referendum, the citizens of the Republic of Bulgaria can directly decide on issues of national importance within the competence of the National Assembly.
