Article 94. Rules of procedure in Parliament

(4) The rules of procedure of Parliament shall include the following provisions—

(b) a member of Parliament has the right to move a private member’s bill;

Article 97. Procedure for Private Members‟Bills (Agenda initiative)

 (1)A private members‟ Bill shall be introduced first by way of motion to whichshall be attached the proposed draft of the Bill.
