Basic principles: … 9) all political subjects and electoral bodies are obliged to respect the requirements for the gender quota as defined by this law; … (Article 4) 

1. In the list of candidates of each political subject at least thirty (30%) percent are male and at least thirty (30%) percent are female; With one candidate of each gender included at least once in each group of three candidates, which is counted from the first candidate on the list.
2. This provision does not apply to lists composed of one or two candidates. (Article 28)
