Requirements for the officialization of the lists. The lists of candidates presented for the election of national senators, national deputies and Mercosur parliamentarians shall be made up by placing women and men in an alternating manner from the first incumbent candidate to the last alternate candidate. (Article 60 bis)

*In case of death, resignation, removal, disability or permanent incapacity of a National Deputy, he/she shall be replaced by the candidates of the same sex appearing on the list as incumbent candidates according to the established order. (Article 164)
