10 . For the declaration of the electoral combinations of independent parties, coalition of cooperating parties and independents, the number of candidate MPs, of each gender, must amount to at least 40% of the total number of their candidates, respectively, per electoral district. Any decimal number is rounded to the next whole unit as long as the fraction is equal to one half of the unit or more. The above limitation does not apply to the State ballot. In any case, the total number of candidates of the electoral combinations of independent parties, coalitions of cooperating parties and independent of each gender in the whole of the Territory, excluding State parliament candidates, must amount to 33% of the total number of their candidates. Any decimal number is rounded to the next whole unit as long as the fraction is equal to one half of the unit or more. (Article 34)
