A mechanisms in the selection of postulates and postulates so that the candidacies to the deliberative bodies have an equal and alternate composition, of fifty percent (50%) for each sex. In those cases where it is not possible to apply parity, said nomination must have a minimum of forty percent (40%) and a maximum of sixty percent (60%) for each sex.
