2. ... The relevant election subject must submit the party list to the CEC chairman no later than the 30th day before the election day. If the party list submitted by the electoral subject does not meet the gender balance established by this paragraph, the list is returned to the electoral subject and a period of 3 days is given to eliminate the defect. If the defect is not eliminated, the party list will not be registered. (Article 203.1)
