Legal sanctions for non-compliance

The Central Election Commission shall notify the leaders of the relevant political parties of any discrepancies identified in the documents submitted for registration and of any deviations from the requirements of this Code. A political party has the right to correct the identified discrepancies and errors in the documents within two days and submit them to the Central Election Commission. (Election Code, Article 72)
