‘In every three places [on candidate lists] at least one will be reserved for the less represented sex’ and additionally at least one place for every ten places. (Article 64 (5)).

According to Article 153.a. of the Electoral Code, "As an exception to Article 153 of this Code, if the Member of Parliament whose term of office has been terminated on one of the grounds prescribed in Article 152 of this Code is female, then the next female candidate on the list shall become a Member of Parliament for the remaining duration of the term of office.
