Electoral law quota details

The measures mentioned in the previous article apply to the following elections: Elections of deputies to the National Assembly. The elections of the Senators. The elections of Regional Councillors. For single-member or list-based ballots, a minimum of 30% of women out of the total number of candidates submitted during the electoral consultation is required. (Gender Quota Law, Article 3)
