Article 224
소청이나 소장을 접수한 선거관리위원회 또는 대법원이나고등법원은 선거쟁송에 있어 선거에 관한 규정에 위반된 사실이 있는 때라도 선거의 결과에 영향을 미쳤다고 인정하는 때에 한하여 선거의 전부 나 일부의 무효 또는 당선의 무효를결정하거나 판결한다.
