8. … The respective political party must submit the party list to the chairman of the respective election commission no later than the 30th day before the voting day. If the party list submitted by a political party does not meet the gender balance established by this paragraph, the list is returned to the party and a period of 3 days is given to eliminate the deficiency. If the defect is not eliminated, the party list will not be registered. (Article 203.1)
