… In the case of failure to comply with any of these provisions, it shall declare the lists of applications concerned inadmissible of its own motion. Reasons shall be given for the rejection decision and the interested parties shall be notified thereof in accordance with the law. However, the decision of the administrative authority pronouncing the validity or rejection of the lists of candidates referred to in this law may be referred by any interested party to the competent court, which shall then rule in accordance with the provisions of Article 112 of the Electoral Code.
