1. Is there a ban on donations from foreign interests to political parties?

Article 26, para. 6, letter b), c), f), g) of the Law on Political Parties  nr. 294, of 21.12.2007

There is a prohibition on funding, on the provision of free services or the material support in any form, direct and / or indirect, of political parties by:
     b) natural persons who are citizens of the Republic of Moldova from the income obtained from abroad;
     c) foreign citizens, stateless persons, anonymous persons or donors on behalf of third parties; 

     f) legal entities with foreign or mixed capital, legal entities from abroad;  
    g) other states and international organizations, including international political organizations;
