2. Is there a ban on donations from foreign interests to candidates?

Art. 204. ‘ It is forbidden for any candidate for election to a national or local mandate to receive directly or indirectly, donations in cash, in kind or any other contribution, whatever form, emanating from a foreign State or from a natural or legal person of foreign nationality. ‘
