3. Is there a ban on corporate donations to political parties?

Ban applies to donations from a profit-seeking?enterprise exceeding 10 percent of its annual total income and the sum of 3 million New Taiwan Dollars [I$ 168,000]. A profit-seeking enterprise that has lost money for three or more consecutive years may not give contributions for election expenses either.
