"In the case of donations of any kind [...] higher than €5000, the donor and the recipient shall sign a joint declaration, in the shape of a unique document, that must be submitted to the President of the Chamber of Deputy. For what concerns electoral campaining, donations received by candidates can be notified through self-certification"
