4. Is there a ban on corporate donations to candidates?

Ban applies to voluntary donations from legal entities that have a state or municipal share in their charter capital. Ban also applies to legal entities and physical persons carrying out their business activity without the establishment of a legal entity, that have indebtedness to the state budget or the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.
