4. Is there a ban on corporate donations to candidates?

Art. 168. "(1) A party, a coalition or a nomination committee may not receive the following in connection with the election campaign: ... 2. financial resources from legal persons and from sole traders; ... 5. financial resources from foreign governments or from foreign State-owned enterprises, foreign commercial corporations or foreign non-profit organisations.
(2) The entities referred to in Items 2 to 5 of Paragraph (1) may not provide any movable and immovable things for gratuitous use in connection with the election campaign, or any gratuitous services in any form whatsoever."
