7. Is there a ban on anonymous donations to political parties?

Anonymous contributions are prohibited. However, in the exceptional case of fund-raising events, and when the amount to be donated is not large, anonymous donations are allowed. The total amount of anonymous donations needs to be made explicit in the parties' financial accounts.
