"207I Anonymous donation may not exceed $1,500

(2)  If an anonymous party donation exceeding $1,500 is received by a party secre- tary, the party secretary must, within 20 working days of receipt of the dona- tion, pay to the Electoral Commission the amount of the donation, or its value, less $1,500.

208B Limit on maximum amount of donations protected from disclosure

(1)  The maximum amount that a party may be paid in donations made to the Elect- oral Commission for the benefit of that party during a specified period is 10% (excluding any interest paid under section 208E(2)) of the maximum amount of election expenses allowed under section 206C(1) to be incurred by a party that is listed in the part of the ballot paper that relates to the party vote and that has a candidate contesting every electoral district.

(2)  The maximum amount that a party may be paid in donations made to the Elect- oral Commission for the benefit of the party from the same donor during any specified period is 15% (excluding any interest paid under section 208E(2)) of the amount that may be paid to that party under subsection (1)."

There is no ban, but there is a $1,500 limit and also there is a limit on the amount of donations protected from disclosure.
