7. Is there a ban on anonymous donations to political parties?

Individual anonymous contributions are allowed if they do not exceed a certain amount of indexed units, which vary depending on the type of election (40 units for presidential elections; 20 units for national assembly elections; 15 units for both mayors and regional councils; 10 units for city councils). Neither shall the amount of anonymous contributions received by a party orcandidate during a campaign exceed 20% of the campaign expenses limit.
