"The authorities now report that Article 9, Paragraph 23 c) of Law 96/2012, which introduced Paragraph 10bis in Article 8 of Law 2/1997 provides that “in the case of donations of any amount, the identity of the donor shall be recorded” in the accounts of political parties."

Comment
Donors' identity shall be always recorded by the party who receive the donation. However, political parties should disclose it only for donations overcoming € 5000.
