8. Is there a ban on anonymous donations to candidates?

No direct ban, but de facto ban through requirement that any natural or legal persons who donates over 100,000 gourdes [I$ 5,900] to a candidate, political party, political group or group of political parties must inform the Permanent Electoral Council.
