15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Article 7, Law on funding of, and control over funding of, political campaigns, as last amended on 16 October 2014 No XII-1251.

It is prohibited to finance political parties, candidates or campaigns of political parties or candidates with the funds which are not specified in the law.
Political parties and candidates are allowed to get only public funding and free (limited) access to TV, radio debates from the state resources. Any other state recources are not allowed.
