15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Representation of the People Amendment Act of 2016, Art 52AT(b), p. 12. 

Public Bodies Management and Accountability Act, 2014, p. 4. 

"A registered political party or candidate, shall not knowingly accept contributions during a reporting period from any of the following states, entities or persons, that is to say: a public body" (2016, p. 12).

Public body definition: "A statutory or authority or any government company, but does not include an executive agency designated under the Executive Agencies Act" (2014, p. 4).
