15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Article 7 of the Act on the Finances of Political Organisations and Candidates and their Information Disclosure (2006), last amended in 2011.

Political parties and candidates cannot receive contributions from public bodies.
