15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Article 24; Financial, Transparency and Oversight of Policial Parties and Candidates Law, 2017. 

The Law states that public resources and goods can´t be used illegaly for electoral purposes, and if an obliged subject breaks this provision it will receive a fine which value is worth as much as double the amount received with the possibility of losing its legal personality.
