15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

No political party or movement may accept free benefits and gifts from state, municipal or local institutions, institutions receiving contributions for the state budget, state enterprises, legal entities in which the state or a state enterprise has a stake and legal entities partially managed and supervised by the state or a municipality. This provision is not applicable if the interest of the state or a state enterprise does not exceed 10%.
