15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Article 48¹. Electoral funds of candidates for the President of the Republic of Belarus, for deputies

"Donations to the electoral funds of the candidates shall be prohibited in case they are provided by: ... 6) state bodies and bodies of local self-government; 7) organizations which are fully or partially financed from the budget;"
