15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Art 25 'b. the party may accept grants and donations only from Jordanian individuals, provided that they are known and declared and that the total grant shall not be more than fifty thousand dinars annually per natural person. c. the  party may not accept grants, funding or donations or in- kind contributions from the following: 1. Any state or a third party. 2. Any legal personality; be it public or private .3. Any unknown source'
