15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Article 37 - First: The party - or political organization may not receive donations from institutions - and self-financed public companies, commercial companies - and banking, which is part of the capital of the State.
Second: All donations from foreign persons, states or organizations are prohibited.      "Of the Political Parties Law No. 36 of 2015"

Article (29) It is prohibited to spend on electoral advertising from public funds or from the budget of ministries - or from external support funds
"Of the law for the year 2017 first reading of the law to amend the law of elections of the Iraqi Council of Representatives No. (45) for the year 2013"
