15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Political Party law No 29.11, article 38

"The Party shall not receive any direct or indirect support from any national group, public foundation, or public legal person, similarly, the party shall not receive support from companies owned by the state, national groups, public foundations, or any public legal person, or part of its capital."
