15. Is there a ban on state resources being given to or received by political parties or candidates (excluding regulated public funding)?

Art 97.7 ‘In particular, as from the previous sixtieth day the date set for the elections, the incumbent may not: a) To approve or grant grants, donations, sponsorships and contributions to individuals; b) Hold public ceremonies to launch first stones or grand opening.’
