14. Is there a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during a non-election specific period?

Article 35 (1b) 'Individuals that are not members of the political party shall not exceed the amount of Rp. 1.000.000.000 (one billion rupiahs) per person within the period of 1 (one) year'Article 35 (1c) (page 13) 'A company and/ or corporation shall not exceed the amount of Rp. 7.500.000.000 (seven billion and five hundred million rupiahs) per company/ or corporation witthin the period of 1 (one) year' (Source: Law No. 2 on Political Party, 2011)

Limit does not apply to party members
