14. Is there a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during a non-election specific period?

Article 26: "(2) Annual revenues of a party, deriving from donations, shall not exceed the equivalent of 0,1 % of the revenues set out in the state budget for the respective year. (3) A natural person can make donations to one or more political parties. Donations made by a natural person to one or more political parties during a budgetary year shall not exceed the amount of 500 average monthly salaries in national economy, established for the respective year. If a person is the member of the political party, annual party member’s dues paid by him/her are included in the mentioned sum. (4) A juridical person can not donate during one budget year, to one or more political parties sums which exceed the amount of 1000 average monthly salaries in national economy, established for the respective year."
