14. Is there a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during a non-election specific period?

Article 22.-' The total contributions of an individual natural person referred to in this Article in the year for which a party?s annual report is compiled must not exceed ten times the average monthly gross wage per employee in the Republic of Slovenia according to the figures of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia for the previous year (hereinafter referred to as ?average monthly gross wage?)' (Source: Political Party Act (ZPols-E) as amended in 2014) GRECO report

Contributions by individual natural persons should in total per year not exceed ten times the average gross monthly wage per an employee in the republic of Slovenia.
