Art 13 The amount of donations received by a political party from a legal entity of the Republic of Uzbekistan during a year shall not exceed 5000 times minimum wage, set on 1 January of the year of the realization of donations.Art 14 The amount of donations received by a political party from a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan during a year shall not exceed 500 times minimum wage, set on 1 January of the year of the realization of donations. This restriction does not apply to membership fees paid by members of the political partiy on the basis of its charter. Art 7 The annual volume of public funds to finance the statutory activity of political parties is formed from the rate of two per cent of the minimum wage, set on 1 January of the year preceding the year of allocation of these funds, multiplied by the number of people registered on the lists of voters in last elections to the Legislative Chamber. (Source: Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Financing of Political Parties, 2004)
