15. If there is a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during a non-election specific period, what is the limit?

Art. 19 – Le montant des ressources éventuelles provenant de l’extérieur ne doit pas excéder 25% du montant total des ressources du parti.

The limit does not apply to donations by single donor, but on resources from foreign sources – not specifically donations - that should not exceed 25% of the party budget.
