16. Is there a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during an election?

Donations from physical persons to to political parties should not exceed 100 measures of calculation. Donations from legal entities to political parties should not exceed 500 measures of calculation. Note that in the most recent version of the law the measure of calculation is not specified, but in previous versions the measure of calculation has been the minimum living wage.

Note: the law refers to 'measures of calculation', but does not specify what this is. In previous versions of the law, one measure of calculation was equal to minimum living wage.
