In 2010 the 'Law on control over funding of, and control over funding of political parties and political campaigns' has been amended by introducing new requirements pertaining to caps on donations. So instead of 300 minimum living standards, there is now a new cap on donations set up at 20 average monthly earnings. Art.10 of the law.
