16. Is there a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during an election?

"Donations from natural persons to an individual party, being it both in cash and in kind, executed directly or through intermediaries, cannot overcome the maximum amount of €100000 in one year, exception made for donationsby reason of death"

There are no limits for contributions from both natural and legal persons in relation to election campaigns. The ordinary yearly limit applies.
