17. If there is a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during an election, what is the limit?

Limit is 15 times the minimum wage (25 times if more than an election held in a year).
Comment
The annual limit applies and if a given calendar year, more than one election or national referendum is held, then the maximum contribution is increased to 25 times the minimum wage. Donations from candidates to the Sejm, Senat, President or MEP may not exceed 45 times the minimum wage.
