Kyrgyzstan
Answer
2. The electoral fund can be formed at the expense of the following funds, which are taken into account by the Central Election Commission:
1) the candidate's own funds, which cannot exceed the calculated indicator by more than 1500 times;
2) funds allocated to the candidate by the political party that has nominated him, which cannot exceed the calculated indicator by more than 10,000 times;
3) donations from individuals, the amount of which cannot exceed the calculated indicator by more than 2000 times;
4) donations from legal entities, the amount of which cannot exceed the calculated indicator by more than 5000 times.
The maximum amount of funds received and spent from the candidate's electoral fund cannot exceed the calculated indicator by more than 100,000 times.
A calculated indicator should be considered =100, meaning that each number is multiplied by 100 to get the amount in Kyrgyz Som (KGS).
