2. Electoral fund of a candidate or political party can be established from the following funds:

- candidate’s or political party’s own funds;

- voluntary donations of citizens and legal entities with an exception for the persons specified in item 3 of this Article.

Article 17. Sources of formation of financial means for political parties

 The financial resources of political parties are formed at the expense of Membership fees, voluntary donations, loans, income from from events, distribution of printed material and publications, as well as other income not prohibited by law.
