28. Are there provisions for direct public funding to political parties?

"The authorities of Italy report that with the adoption of the Decree-law no. 149/2013, (then converted in ordinary law n. 13/2014), the direct public funding to political parties will progressively decrease until 2017 when it will cease to exist"
